This policy explains how Shotform, provided by Mir Ghulam Hyder Talpur, handles information.
Projects and media
Shotform stores projects and imported media on your device. The app does not upload them to a developer-operated server. Import permissions and file access are controlled by your operating system. Sharing an export sends that file to the destination you choose.
No developer analytics or advertising
Shotform does not include developer-operated analytics, advertising or cross-app tracking, and does not require a Shotform account. The app does not collect personal data for the developer.
Purchases
Apple processes payments. Shotform uses verified StoreKit transaction information to determine Pro access. The developer does not receive your payment-card details through the app. Apple handles purchase history, subscription management and refund requests under its own terms and privacy policy.
Apple and system services
Device backups, Photos, optional on-device translation and related language downloads follow your Apple and device settings. These services are provided by Apple rather than a Shotform-operated server.
Support messages
If you email support, you voluntarily share your email address and message contents. We use them to answer your request and resolve the issue. Avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary information. You may request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention requirements.
This website
This support website has no advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
Your choices
You can manage device permissions in Settings, delete local projects in the app, and remove the app to remove its local data. Device backups may retain information according to your backup settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
